Arturo J. Bravo has been a legal advisor of Latin-American entities and individuals as a corporate lawyer, focused in transactional, litigation, and financial matters. Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Miami and from the Universidad Católica Andres Bello (Venezuela), and is licensed to practice law in Venezuela and Florida. He also holds an MBA. Holding these degrees, with more than 28 years of professional experience in Latin America, allows him to understand the needs and expectations of the Latin-American investors/corporate officers and individuals as well as the proper integration of both legal views. Finally, Bravo is a former Law Professor at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello (UCAB) where he was one of its Professors for 12 years in different courses such as Contract Law/Real Estate Law and Secured Transactions, Evidence, Insurance Commercial Law and Procedural Law.

Joaquin Bracho

Joaquin Bracho is an attorney at law graduated from Universidad Católica Andres Bello (UCAB) and Specialist in Administrative Law. Holds an MBA degree in International Business from St. Thomas University (STU) and is currently enrolled in the LL.M. program of the Florida International University (FIU) School of Law. Before joining the Crosswiseteam, He focused his practices in the corporative consulting area and served as corporate adviser in Venezuela for a wide range of industries. In addition, he has served for many years as board member of the Instituto Latinoamericano del Ombudsman (ILO) in favor of the human rights.
